University of Western Macedonia (UOWM)

The internationally research-oriented University of Western Macedonia (UOWM) is a socially committed institution with 21 Departments, Postgraduate Programs and PhD Programs. It employs a highly qualified academic staff, extensive international links in both research and exchange programs and a vibrant student community. Novel practices deliver academic and administrative decentralization enhancing the sense of unity within the academic community. Fostering the fully incorporation of ICT in everyday practice, UOWM invests in innovative educational programs and multidisciplinary fields of research that correspond to the needs of the modern world.

Till now, UOWM has managed more than 300 projects (both, national and European), while coordinating many H2020, international and national projects. UOWM supports and invests in innovative and multidisciplinary research from engineering and economics to humanities, arts and heath-sciences. Its high expertise personnel have long experience in basic and applied research to produce innovative knowledge and results in pursuit of excellence.

International Hellenic University (IHU)

The International Hellenic University (IHU) comprises of 7 Schools and 34 Departments. The headquarters are located in Thessaloniki, Greece and it includes four main campuses:two in Thessaloniki, one in Kavala, and one in Serres.
IHU participates in the project through the Advanced Educational Technologies and Mobile Applications (AETMA) Lab of the Department of Computer Science, School of Scienceslocated in Kavala, Greece.
AETMA was established in 2016 (Government Gazette Issue Β 836 Section 1 30/03/2016). The research of AETMA focuses on the following areas: the development of educationaland e-learning software, Augmented / Mixed Reality applications and wearable technologies, mobile applications development & mobile learning, and technology enhanced learning.

Sidroco Holdings Limited (SIDROCO)

SIDROCO brings a whole range of New Generation Internet of Things (NG-IoT) features and capabilities, for creating, supporting, and managing ultra innovative solutions, products, and services, by providing efficient, effective, and secure NG-IoT solutions for various heterogeneous environments, including Critical Infrastructures like Energy, Healthcare, and Autonomous Driving.

Inspired to be a front runner in IoT-related European and Global markets, SIDROCO was found to deliver excellent solutions, products, and platforms for excellent customers in the NG-IoT landscape following the need for digital transformation in critical and non-critical domains.

Spanish Food and Drink Federation (FIAB)

The Spanish Food and Drink Federation (FIAB) were established in 1977 to represent the Spanish food and beverage industry through a single body and one voice. Its main activity isto inform the sector of the main developments that may affect its operation and competitiveness. It also represents its interests in different government and decision-makers, bothnationally and at the European and international scope. Currently it encompasses 46 associations and 5,000 companies.

FIAB is member of FoodDrinkEurope promoting its members’interests in areas such as food safety and science, nutrition and health, consumer trust and choice, competitiveness and environmental sustainability.

INFALIA P.C. (infalia)

INFALIA PC is an SME company that specializes in the provision of cutting-edge ICT solutions for smart cities, social data mining and data visualisation, as well as inhighly interactive web and mobile application development. The company, founded on January 2014, is a spin-off company of the Centre for Research and Technology Hellas(CERTH): all six of its founders have worked for many years as researchers with the Information Technologies Institute (ITI) of CERTH in a number of EC- and industry-funded research projects.

Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences (SLU)

The Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences (SLU) is a sector university under the Ministry of enterprise, energy and communications. The SLU mission is to develop knowledge and expertise that contributes to quality of life and sustainable growth, based on a long-term utilization of biological natural resources. SLU activities are characterized by a strong link between education and research of high international standards and close collaboration with industry and sectors concerned. The SLU role is integrated with developments within agriculture and forestry sectors, food industry, veterinary medicine, natural resources and the environment, as well as within rural development and landscape architecture.

SLU has national responsibilities as well as international obligations as part of Swedish international commitments and policies. Therefore, SLU has a vast network of regional partners and agencies within Sweden and all around the world including countries in Eastern Africa, South East and Central Asia, Central America, Europe and US, Canada, China and Russia.The international cooperation is predominantly financed through Swedish research and development financing institutions and through the European Union Framework Programs.

Agrivi is a global knowledge-based farm management software company that provides software solutions and consulting services for the agricultural value chain. The company was founded in 2013 in Croatia and its first product, farm management software, was launched to the market in early 2014.
